At Grace & Co, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
